• Ingredients needed (Only Mix included):
  
  • Classic Cheesecake Bar Mix
    
  • 3 eggs
    
  • 1 cup sour cream
    
  • 24 oz. (three 8 oz. pkgs.) cream cheese, softened
    
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs -or- cookie crumbs
    
  • 8 tbsp. (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
• Directions: (Before starting, read each step of the directions thoroughly)

1. 1. Preheat oven to 300° F.
   2. Mix melted butter, sugar and cookie crumbs together and place into bottom of a greased13 x9-inch baking dish and press down to form crust.
   3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
   4. In a large mixing bowl add the entire package of Baked Chocolate Cheesecake Bar Mix and 3 eggs. Mix with an electric mixer on low speed until blended, then on high speed for 1 minute.
   5. Add softened cream cheese, a small amount at a time, mixing well on low speed until all of it has been incorporated.
   6. Add sour cream; mix on low speed until batter is smooth and creamy. DO NOT OVERBEAT.
   7. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes.
   8. Remove from the oven, and allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
